Barb Olson of Muddy Creek Primitives, designer and creator of unique handmade pieces is pleased to offer this prim Liberty with a rusty star. She is wearing a homespun navy polka dot dress with dark red homespun bodice. Her dress has a vintage off white button and cream sari silk ribbon and red homespun bow at her waist. At her neckline and around her cuffs is off white mini ball trim. She is also wearing osnaburg bloomers with red ties at the ankles. Her little shoes are hand painted black. She has an old gold wool felt crown that has "Liberty" hand embroidered on it. Liberty is holding a rusty tin star. Her eyes and mouth are handstitched with crochet thread. Her nose and eyebrows are hand sculpted with needle and thread. Liberty's hair is coconut fiber. She is wonderfully grunged up to look very primitive. Liberty is 23" tall. Set her on an old chair with summer flowers.
