Barb Olson of Muddy Creek Primitives, designer and creator of unique handmade pieces is pleased to offer this pilgrim pair. Jacob and Hannah are preparing for Thanksgiving. Hannah is holding a turkey and Jacob has his rifle. Hannah is wearing a dress made from black fabric with a muslin apron, bonnet and bloomers.
She is holding a hand-painted turkey made from muslin. Jacob is wearing a shirt and pants made with black fabric with a black felt hat. He also has a brown felt belt and hat band with old gold wool felt buckles. He is holding a rifle made from old lathe boards. They are made from muslin and have dark brown wool roving for their hair. The mouth is embroidered, and the eyes are black beads with a brown shadow. The pair are all "grunged" up with cinnamon to make them look so wonderfully prim. Jacob stands 16" tall. Hannah is 14" tall. They are mounted on a dark gray wooden base which has also been distressed and covered with black felt on bottom to protect your furniture. They are sold as a set to save $6 or individually.
