Barb Olson of Muddy Creek Primitives, designer and creator of unique handmade pieces is pleased to offer Elmer a prim snowman holding a banner. He is painted antique white. This snowman has a black felt top hat with a cardinal and tinsel garland trim. The cardinal is painted dark red with black beak and black beads for eyes. Elmer has a light aqua blue fabric scarf around his neck. The snowman, hat and the "snow" at his base have mica flakes to make them sparkle. His eyes are black beads and accented with brown around the edges. His nose is hand-carved from a wooden dowel and painted burnt orange and also accented around with brown. His mouth is a stick stitched on with crochet thread. The banner is corrugated tin and attached to aqua blue wool felt. Between the words are small rusty tin snowflakes. It is hung with olive green silk ribbon. It is stamped with the saying " I (heart) winter". He is holding the banner in his twig arms. Down Elmer's front are small black rocks. He is grunged up with cinnamon and coffee to make him look wonderfully prim. Elmer is 21" tall. He will go very well with your winter decor and can stay out all winter.
