His buttons are black tinsel garland. He is holding a rusty tin snowflake garland with glass glitter. He has a black top hat made of black felt and trimmed with black tinsel garland. You have your choice of a aqua blue and cream striped or olive green and aqua homespun scarf. He has been grunged up with cinnamon and coffee to make him very prim. Set him in your tree among the twinkling lights. He stands 16 1/2" tall.
